EMDR & IFS Individual Consultation
Tailored guidance to strengthen your clinical work, confidence, and integration of EMDR + parts work
Individual Consultation
My current rate for individual consultation is $175 per 55-minute session. If you’d like to book an individual session, please reach out to me directly to schedule.
I offer individual consultation for clinicians who are:
Working toward EMDR certification and/or EMDRIA-approved CIT status
Needing IFS consultation hours that count toward certification
Wanting support integrating EMDR + IFS/parts work in a trauma-informed, clinically grounded way
EMDR Consultation Focus Areas
My areas of specialization within EMDR include:
PTSD & single-incident trauma
Complex trauma
Relational/developmental trauma
Spiritual & religious trauma
Neurodiversity-informed EMDR
EMDR 2.0 concepts and resourcing strategies
Integrating IFS/parts work with EMDR
Couples/relational work with an EMDR-informed lens
Certification process support & pursuing consultant status
IFS Consultation Focus Areas (Hours Count Toward IFS Certification)
I am an IFS Consultant, and IFS consultation hours with me count toward IFS certification. I provide consultation that supports both your clinical growth and your certification pathway, including:
IFS case conceptualization and parts mapping
Working with protector dynamics, polarization, and unblending
Pacing, safety, and stabilization for complex systems and trauma presentations
Deepening skills with Self-to-part and Self-led presence
Troubleshooting stuck points, ruptures, and clinical dilemmas in parts work
Integrating IFS with your existing approach (including EMDR, ACT, and I-CBT–informed work)
Additional Consultation Topics (Non-hours-specific)
If you want consultation on a specific niche and don’t necessarily need EMDRIA or IFS certification hours for that session, I also consult on a range of topics and I’m happy to talk through whether we’re a good fit.
I have consulted with therapists on topics including:
Best business practices (including concurrent documentation)
OCD (including I-CBT–informed conceptualization)
Enneagram integration in clinical work
Working with neurodiverse clients
Incorporating a liberatory/anti-oppressive framework
Working with therapist parts
Integrating EMDR + IFS
IFIO (couples work)
Inference-Based CBT (I-CBT)
If you have something specific you’d like to consult on, don’t hesitate to reach out. If it’s outside my scope, I’ll let you know—and I’m always happy to refer you to a CIT or another clinician who may be a better match for your needs.
