Availability & Investment in Therapy: Individual, Relational, and Intensive Sessions


Availability

Appointments are available Monday–Thursday at 9am, 11am, or 1pm (Central Time). You can choose the cadence that fits your needs best—whether that’s a focused monthly intensive (200 minute sessions) or biweekly deep work (100 minute sessions). I’ll support you in finding what feels right. My availability is limited, but if I am not able to find a day/time that works for you I’m happy to add you to my waitlist or refer to a trusted colleague who is able to offer similar services.

Beginning in October 2025 I will be offering in person sessions on Thursdays at Therapy Space in Uptown (4040 N Central Expy suite 670, Dallas, TX 75204).


Individual Therapy

My current rate is $175/50 minutes. Your initial intake session will be 100 minutes and is $350. Sessions following an intake session are typically 100 minutes every two weeks and cost $350/session; some clients decide to meet monthly for 200 minute sessions - these are $700/session. In person sessions have an additional cost of $15/50 minute. 100 minute sessions are $380, and 200 minute sessions are $760/session.

Relational Therapy

I typically schedule couples for 100 minute sessions (one hour, forty minutes), and the investment is $350 per session. Some partners may choose to do longer sessions - we can do up to 200 minutes per meeting - these sessions are $700. Read more about the process of couples therapy here.

Some choose to do a more intensive model - pricing for extended or intensive sessions is available by request, reach out for more details!

Therapy Intensives

I do not accept insurance and do not provide super bills. I do not base treatment on diagnosis in all cases. Insurance requires a diagnosis code in order to bill and I am ethically opposed to these practices. I am able to charge an HSA card.
